Let’s talk about Employment law compliance for 2021
There are a lot of changes that are going on and you as an employer need to be ready. So one of the first ones we need to make sure is that you have your updated employment law posters. That would be the federal and the state. You wanna make sure that your handbook is updated, albeit it doesn’t have to be perfect but you do want to make sure it has the most relevant up-to-date laws in it. Along with that, you wanna make sure that your work comp postings are also up also very important that employees know where they can go in case of injuries and you are not readily available for one reason or another.
Sexual Harassment Awareness Training
Also, particularly if you’re in California you wanna make sure that you have had or will be doing the training of sexual harassment for all employees the managers have their own sexual harassment and now the employees are also required to make sure they have their sexual harassment.
